Designers At Marsh Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Greensboro, NC
Camellia Johnson
Design/Sales Representative
Adaptable. Camellia wants you to have fun during the kitchen and bathroom remodeling process, so she adapts her style to fit your needs. Her passion and flexibility translates into spaces that are beautiful and that work for each family's lifestyle. "I want my clients to feel that their remodel actually helped them live better and more organized," she says. That's why her favorite stage of the Marsh X process is Xecution—walking through a home gives her clues and perspectives that she says are a priceless part of her design process.
Camellia's 13 years of experience have given her plenty of time to plan her own dream kitchen. Highlighting her focus on family, Camellia would include an island large enough for every family member to be seated at once. Her kitchen would also need enough space for everyone in the family to help make a homecooked meal. "It's all about family with me!"
Carol Van Zile, CKD, CAPS, DTM
Design / Sales Representative
Lively. When working with Carol, you can expect her to maintain her signature sense of humor throughout the Marsh X process. Her favorite stage comes during Xecution, when customers react to the kitchen & bath design she's prepared for their space. Though she changes her personal style to suit your needs, Carol likes to challenge the families she works with to think outside of the box. She believes that every design benefits from the collaboration of ideas and hopes that you'll actively participate in bringing your project to life.
Carol has worked in the industry for 32 years and has been part of the Marsh Kitchen & Bath Greensboro team for six of those years. As someone who loves implementing new concepts from industry magazines, Carol says the vision for her dream kitchen is constantly evolving. Demonstrating her passion for design, Carol and her husband have undertaken a number of personal remodel projects over the years.
Keata Russell
Design/Sales Representative
Direct. Keata's projects with builder clients have largely influenced her work style over the years. She understands the importance of timelines and meeting deadlines, so her main focus is always to maintain an open line of communication. Keata stays on top of every detail that goes into her kitchen & bath projects, making sure that everything sent out to the job is complete and accurate so as not to hold up her builder partners.
Keata says her own dream kitchen remodel would feature shaker doors and clean lines, but nothing too contemporary. Graphite, her favorite Marsh Cabinets finish, would be included along with pantry pullouts and anything that might make her work in the kitchen a little bit easier.

Terry Lilly
Director of Sales
Straightforward. Terry's favorite stages of the Marsh X process are Xamine and Xpectations. He has spent 20 of his 25 years in the design industry as part of the Marsh Kitchen & Bath design family. Throughout his career, Terry has remained purposefully current, letting contemporary trends influence his design style. Terry describes his version of the Marsh X process as "fun and fast." Understanding that remodeling often comes with its fair share of stress, he wants his customers to remember that "this tooshall pass!"
Like all of us at Marsh, Terry believes the kitchen is the heart of the home. Keeping with this idea, he says his dream kitchen is any kitchen where he is with his wife, Lori, and two daughters, Kelsey and Emma.
Jon Lawson
Vice President, Marsh Kitchen & Bath
Jon is our Vice President of Marsh Kitchen & Bath and has been part of the Marsh Kitchen & Bath family since 2005. His previous experience was on the sales and management team for a building materials supplier, where he spent 13 years. Jon says the move to Marsh Kitchen & Bath was spurred by the appeal of working for a local, family-owned company with products made in North Carolina. His favorite part of the Marsh X process is Xpectations—the software program used to track your project helps Jon and the team ensure that we offer the best possible experience from the moment we first come into contact with you through post-installation follow-ups.
